The Beverage Air SPE27HC-C Elite Series® prep table has a heavy-duty cabinet door that closes automatically to keep cold air from leaking. A snap-in gasket also retains cold air in the cabinet. When the door is opened past 120 degrees, it stays open to make it easy to replenish product. Air is circulated under the polycarbonate pans to ensure toppings are kept under 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A 17-inch-deep cutting board runs along the width of the unit, creating space for food prep. The Beverage Air SPE27HC-C Elite Series prep table has an electronic control panel that allows you to easily adjust and monitor temperatures.
