Beverage-Air SPE60HC-08C 60" Hydrocarbon Series Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Beverage Air SPE60HC-08C prep table can be used to prepare ingredients thanks to the 17-inch-deep cutting board that runs the length of the cabinet. Its polyethylene design resists grooving from knives when cutting up toppings, and it can also be used as an assembly line for making sandwiches, salads, and pizzas. Toppings are stored in the countertop cutout, where there are eight sixth-size polycarbonate pans. Additional product can be stored in the cabinet area of the unit on the four epoxy-coated shelves.

Cold air is moved under the pans and recirculated by the evaporator. Temperatures stay cold thanks to the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The Beverage Air SPE60HC-08C prep table has a rear-mount refrigeration system that is accessible for maintenance. Its evaporator coils are protected from damage with the epoxy coating.
