Beverage-Air SPE60HC-12 60" Hydrocarbon Series Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The lid and hood assemblies on the Beverage Air SPE60HC-12 Elite Series® prep table keep ingredients in the pans cold and protected from contaminants. Pans for the rail section are included and cooled with forced air, which keeps the temperature in this section above freezing but below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A 10-inch-deep cutting board provides prep space for ingredients.

This Beverage Air SPE60HC-12 prep table's refrigerated base section has four epoxy-coated wire shelves and a temperature range from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Made of corrosion-resistant aluminum, the interior liner is heavy duty to withstand high-volume use. It has two removable doors that are reversible in the field to fit different layouts. The doors are self-closing to retain cold air. Their stay-open feature keeps them open past 120 degrees for product loading and unloading.
