Since the Beverage Air SPE72HC-18C Elite Series® salad prep table is constructed of stainless steel, it resists dents, scuffs, and corrosion. Its interior is lined with aluminum to prevent spills from damaging its structure. Three reversible, self-closing doors have magnetic gaskets to keep items cold and can stay open past 120 degrees for complete access to the cabinet. Their aluminum handles are recessed into the door, providing a comfortable grip. Six rust-resistant shelves hold product inside the cabinet. For mobility, the unit includes four 6-inch casters. The Beverage Air SPE72HC-18C sandwich prep table has a 17-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board that creates space for crafting salads and sandwiches. Included with the unit are 18 sixth-size food pans measuring 4 inches deep.
