The Beverage-Air SPE72HC-S refrigerated salad top counter is constructed of stainless steel on the front, sides, doors, top, and grille, offering durability for high-volume environments. This three-section floor model includes three solid hinged doors with a 120-degree stay-open feature for convenient access. (15) 4-inch-deep, third-size polycarbonate pans are included, while the top accommodates pans up to 6 inches deep. The lift-off lids are standard, and locking divider bars help keep ingredients organized.

Designed for consistent cooling, the Beverage-Air SPE72HC-S cold food bar features a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Enhanced airflow maintains temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while the adaptive defrost function and epoxy-coated evaporator coil optimize performance. The interior includes a corrosion-resistant aluminum liner and heavy-duty aluminum pan liner to prevent spills and ensure even cooling. This unit sits on 6-inch casters, two of which have brakes for stability, and includes six epoxy-coated wire shelves for additional storage.
