Beverage-Air SPED27HC-12M-B 27" Hydrocarbon Series Mega Top Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Beverage Air SPED27HC-12M-B prep table has a removable, 10-inch deep cutting board on the front that provides space to prep toppings. 12 sixth-size, 6-inch-deep polycarbonate pans that hold toppings are also removable for cleaning and refilling. A stainless steel hood and lid assembly protects the cutout area from contaminants.

The exterior of the unit is constructed of stainless and galvanized steels for durability and strength. The interior is easy to clean since it is made of aluminum. With two drawers in the bottom, extra product can be stored in 6-inch-deep polycarbonate pans and transferred to the top when needed. Support is provided by the telescoping drawer slides, and the drawer will not fall out of the cabinet thanks to a locking mechanism.

To ensure product is kept in the safe temperature zone, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains cool temperatures. Forced air is circulated throughout the cabinet to ensure all product is chilled evenly. Since the Beverage Air SPED27HC-12M-B prep table has a rear-mount refrigeration system, it is easy to access, especially with the 6-inch casters on the unit.
