Beverage-Air SPED27HC-B 27" Hydrocarbon Series Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Beverage Air SPED27HC-B prep table is built with two drawers in the base. Each drawer holds product in 6-inch-deep polycarbonate pans that can be used to refill the top when needed. The drawers stay in place thanks to a locking mechanism on the slides. These telescoping slides support the stainless steel drawer frames for lasting use. With aluminum handles, the drawers are easy to open.

The top cutout holds eight sixth-size polycarbonate pans that house toppings for pizzas, wraps, sandwiches, and more. These toppings can be chopped on the removable 10-inch-deep cutting board, or the main dish itself can be prepared on the board. The compartment is covered by a stainless steel hood and lid assembly that protects product from contaminants.

Its evaporator coils are protected from corrosion thanks to the epoxy coating. Since the refrigeration system is accessible from the rear, it is easy to service. To maintain cool temperatures, the Beverage Air SPED27HC-B prep table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Forced, cold air is circulated under the pans to ensure product is cooled evenly.
