Beverage-Air SPED48HC-12-4 48" Hydrocarbon Series Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Beverage Air SPED48HC-12-4 prep table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to produce cold cabinet temperatures. The refrigeration system is rear mounted, so it is isolated from floor debris and spills from the countertop. Forced air from the evaporator is moved under the pans to ensure the ingredients are properly cooled.

There is a top compartment in the Beverage Air SPED48HC-12-4 prep table for the 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. Since a 10-inch-deep cutting board is included, staff members can easily prep ingredients and finish salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. The four drawers offer additional storage for extra pans and ingredients. Its durable stainless steel drawer frames are supported by telescoping slides. To prevent the drawers from being accidentally pulled out of the cabinet, the telescoping slides have a locking mechanism.
