The Beverage Air SPED60HC-10-4 prep table has an exterior mostly made of stainless steel, making it easy to clean and allowing the cabinet to hold up against minor damage. It features four pull-out drawers with sturdy aluminum handles and stainless steel frames supported by telescoping slides. Food can be conveniently stored in the 10 included polycarbonate pans in the table top compartment. The pans measure 4 inches deep, and the drawers accept pans up to 6 inches deep. A heavy-duty stainless steel hood protects the compartment from temperature loss and contaminants in the air.

The Beverage Air SPED60HC-10-4 prep table has an evaporator that cools with environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The evaporator coil is coated in epoxy to provide corrosion resistance. Air is forced and recirculated under pans, ensuring product stays in the safe temperature zone. Workspace is offered by a removable polyethylene cutting board, allowing staff to prep toppings that will go in the compartment. The four 6-inch casters provide mobility, and two of the four casters can be locked to keep the cabinet stationary.
