The Beverage Air SPED60HC-16C-2 sandwich and salad prep table is constructed of stainless steel with a durable galvanized back and bottom, and its stainless steel hoods can be removed for cleaning. For cleaning and maintenance, the door is removable and has a feature that enables it to stay open at 120 degrees. A 17-inch-wide cutting board spans the length of the prep table and is removable for cleaning, while the interior is lined with corrosion-resistant aluminum.

The refrigerated base has a forced-air refrigeration system that pushes air underneath pans for fast cooling, ensuring food in open containers stays below 41 degrees Fahrenheit and above freezing. Two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves provide durable storage space. This Beverage Air SPED60HC-16C-2 prep table has top and bottom shelves that accommodate 6-inch-deep pans, though these pans are sold separately. Sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans are included for the top compartment, and the drawer slides have a locking mechanism that prevents them from sliding out of the unit. Casters provide mobility to help with installation.
