The Beverage Air SPED72HC-08C-4 prep table has a countertop cutout where eight sixth-size pans sit to make toppings for pizza, sandwiches, and salads easy to reach. Four pull-out drawer compartments accept 6-inch-deep pans that can be switched out with the ones in the top cutout when toppings need to be replaced. The single door compartment creates storage for other products. Products can be prepared on the 17-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board. To keep temperatures cool in the unit, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used. The refrigeration system is mounted in the rear, protecting it from spills and floor debris. It is self-contained, simplifying installation and service. The Beverage Air SPED72HC-08C-4 prep table has a stainless steel exterior that resists the wear and tear. Its interior is made of aluminum to prevent corrosion and provide durability.
