The Beverage Air SPED72HC-10-6 prep table uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to create cold temperatures. The unit's refrigeration system is rear mounted to prevent its airflow from being blocked when it is placed next to equipment or walls. Installation and maintenance are simplified with the self-contained refrigeration system. Its stainless steel exterior withstands minor damage such as dents and scratches. Corrosion on the interior is resisted by its aluminum lining. Products can be prepared on the 10-inch-deep cutting board. The Beverage Air SPED72HC-10-6 prep table comes with 10 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans for holding toppings in the top compartment. There are six drawers in the cabinet base to store 6-inch-deep pans.
