The Beverage Air SPED72HC-24M-6 prep table has two countertop cutouts that hold 24 sixth-size pans that are 4 inches deep. Its cabinet has a heavyweight stainless steel exterior that holds up against minor damage and is easy to clean. Corrosion is resisted by the aluminum-lined interior. There are six drawers in the cabinet base for additional food pan product storage. Since the polyethylene cutting board is easy to remove, it is simple to clean. The rear-mount refrigeration system makes the Beverage Air SPED72HC-24M-6 prep table safe to use next to walls or equipment since the flow of air is not hindered. To keep temperatures cool, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used.
