The BevLes PICA60-24-A-4L1 non-insulated proofing cabinet is designed for mobility and stability with its 5-inch heavy-duty casters, two of which include brakes. A clear Lexan left-hand hinged door offers visibility and accessibility to the cabinet's interior. The temperature and humidity levels are adjustable within a range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit using the digital thermostat, variable humidity control, and LED display.

The BevLes PICA60-24-A-4L1 proofing cabinet has adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports that can accommodate (12) 26-inch-long by 18-inch-wide pans, (24) 20-inch-long by 12-inch-wide pans, or (12) 23-inch by 23-inch donut screens. The 5-quart cast water reservoir maintains consistent moisture levels and reduce the risk of element burnout. Excess moisture is managed by a self-draining system, and the removable heating module and interior components simplify cleaning.
