The cabinet?s digital thermostat, variable humidity control, and LED display allow precise adjustments within a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Built for versatility, the BevLes PICA70-32-A-1L1 mobile proofing cabinet includes adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports to accommodate various pan sizes and donut screens.
