The BevLes PICA70-32-A-1R2 PICA series non-insulated mobile proofing cabinet features adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports, accommodating a range of pan sizes and donut screens. Its digital thermostat, variable humidity control, and LED display make it easy to maintain consistent proofing conditions, with a temperature range of 60 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

The removable heating module in the BevLes PICA70-32-A-1R2 proofing cabinet simplifies maintenance and ensures efficient operation. A 5-quart cast water reservoir, equipped with a ?cast-in? humidity system, prevents element burnout while maintaining uniform humidity. The cabinet includes two transparent Lexan? right-hand hinged Dutch doors for visibility, a self-draining system to collect excess moisture, and 5-inch heavy-duty plate casters, two with brakes, for smooth mobility and secure positioning.
