Designed to slice both meat and cheese, the Bizerba GSPHDI90-GCB automatic meat and cheese slicer features a grooved blade that can effortlessly chop through most deli products. Its blade is chromium plated, features a 60-62 Rockwell hardened edge, and can be adjusted using the units control panel to cut slices as thick as 24 millimeters. It features an automatic drive system with three variable speeds, and the manual servo module automatically guides products down the cutting channel to ease operator workload. Its lift arm is heavy weighted, while its gravity feed carriage has a 40-degree angle decline to simplify sliding Swiss, provolone, and pepperjack through the slicing mechanism. The unit utilizes a countertop design created by its compact size measuring 28¹/₂ inches long by 22¹²/₂₅ inches wide by 24²/₃ inches high; its 6-foot-long cord eases installation and operation.

Constructed of anodized aluminum, the seamless design of the Bizerba GSPHDI90-GCB gravity feed slicer ensures a durable body that's break and rust resistant. It features a 3¹/₂-inch-wide thumb guard to protect users' hands during use, and its red and green indicator lights inform users when the blade is still spinning or when it's safe to touch. To reduce confusion during operation, its lift arm is colored red while its push handle is green. To reduce cleaning times and prevent machine failure from debris buildup, it features a debris holder that can be removed and cleaned when needed.
