Users can bake pizza directly on the Quick Heat Technology (QHT) Rokite stone decks, which transfer heat uniformly and absorb moisture to achieve crispy crusts. The main gas valve, temperature control valve, and safety pilot valve are accessible through a covered, ventilated front compartment for whatever maintenance or adjustment is needed.
