The Blodgett 1060 deck oven is a single unit mounted on 12-inch stainless steel legs. The unit's front, sides, top, and back are also made of stainless steel to provide long-term resistance to rust and warping. Operators can use its mechanical thermostat to adjust the baking temperature between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit. It's ideal for cooking pizzas, pasta bakes, pretzels, and more. This unit comes with a stacking kit if users wish to add a second deck.
For strength to endure heavy use, the Blodgett 1060 pizza oven is built with a full angle-iron frame. Its spring-assisted door withstands repeated opening and closing and has concealed hinges. To preserve heat, it features vitreous fiber insulation in its top, back, sides, bottom, and door. This unit is equipped with a chrome-plated, tubular steel door handle and an aluminized steel baking chamber for corrosion resistance. Overall, it measures 781/4 inches wide by 453/10 inches deep by 25 inches high.
