The Blodgett HVH-100E DBL full-size convection oven is a double-deck model from the HydroVection® series, designed for high-capacity kitchens requiring precise temperature control and airflow management. Each deck features a stainless steel exterior for durability and a 304 stainless steel coved interior that simplifies cleaning. The two black-framed, dual-pane tempered glass doors on each deck provide visibility, and a single curved handle allows for simultaneous split operation with a catch-latch system. Additional convenience features include a side-mounted hand shower, two xenon interior lights per deck, and an integrated oven drain.

The Blodgett HVH-100E DBL oven accommodates 10 full-size pans (not included) and feature Helix forced-air cooling to maintain consistent internal temperatures. Each deck includes a 7-inch touchscreen controller that stores up to 500 recipes, supports rack timing, multi-shelf cooking, and HAACP storage. The six tubular heater elements in each oven provide even heat distribution, while the four-speed automatic-reversing fan motor circulates air efficiently. The unit stands on 8¹/₂-inch stainless steel legs with casters for mobility.
