Its stainless steel structure withstands aesthetic damage from constant use, while the triple-pane glass doors retain heat and are opened via two-step safety handles. Overall, this unit measures 36⁹/₁₀ inches wide by 41⁷/₁₀ inches deep by 33¹/₂ inches high and features a stackable design supported with the included stacking kit.

The Blodgett INVOQ 61BLE-PT single combi ovena€™s intelligent interface operates via touch controls and enables accurate temperature, humidity, and steam adjustments. For streamlined functionality, this oven comes with multiple operating modes and the ability to store 1,500 recipes through Wi-Fi or USB connection. To keep track of cooking, this unit is equipped with 10 timers. Staff can use the external hand shower to manually clean the oven chamber, or they can utilize the tablet-based system for automatic cleaning.
