Bon Chef 11041D Full Size Chafer W/ Roll-Top Lid & Chafing Fuel Heat
This Bon Chef 11041D New Olympia chafer helps maintain a clean surface with its dripless cover and water pan. Condensation from steamy foods dribbles to the bottom water pan and doesn't leak from its cover; this minimizes cleaning requirements and improves presentation. The cover opens slowly to prevent slamming and can be secured in 120- or 180-degree positions. To prevent foods from becoming wet from steam, the cover includes vent holes. This stainless steel unit holds 2 gallons of food and measures 271/4 inches wide by 17 inches deep by 12 inches high.
