The Bon Chef 12040CH Elite chafer is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with chrome trim, handles, classic Aurora legs, and medallions. For a distinguished look, the legs, handles, and medallions are coated in a clear, shiny material. This rectangular structure is designed to hold 2 gallons of food and measures 261/2 inches wide by 19 inches deep. Its roll-down lid can be locked in fully closed or halfway-open positions and doesn't slam when it's opened or closed. The chafer ensures hot bars remain dry because condensation droplets don't drip from its water pan or cover.
