The Cadco BLS-4HTD-1H single convection oven from the Bakerlux? TOUCH series has improved controls compared to others in its class, featuring a graphic display and touchscreen connected to Wi-Fi or USB. The unit has nine baking steps, can save 99 programs, six humidity settings, and can be set to 10-hour run-time continuously on. The oven?s heating ranges from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Inside the Cadco BLS-4HTD-1H single convection oven is 2.1 cubic feet of space capable of holding four half-size sheet pans. The ventless hood holds an automatically reversible fan with two speeds that shuts off when the door is opened. Said door opens from the top and sports a double-walled, cool-touch window. The aluminum stand is designed to hold 10 half-size trays and can roll on four casters.
