With a front-to-back design, the Cadco CG-5FB countertop griddle is perfect for a buffet line or concession stand. Its stainless steel housing is durable and dent resistant, and the cast cooking area is durable. Equipped with non-skid feet, the unit will not easily move during use. The Cadco CG-5FB griddle has a capillary thermostat that provides even heat as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. For optimal operation, the on/off switch features an indicator light to show when the griddle is turned on and ready for use. To simplify cleanup, the stainless steel grease tray holds large quantities of grease. The stainless steel backsplash can be removed and reattached easily.
