The Cadco CPG-20F double clamshell grill has two glass grilling surfaces, featuring smooth top and bottom plates that heat quickly. Its patented design keeps the cover level with the grilling surface to accommodate thick sandwiches and provide even cooking. The electrical connections run through metal tubes, so the unit can be placed against walls or other equipment.

Capable of reaching 700 degrees Fahrenheit, the Cadco CPG-20F panini press has a thermostat that can be adjusted. The safety touch design keeps the external body and handles of the unit at a lower temperature than the grilling area, enabling users to operate the unit without using heat-protective mitts. Constructed of stainless steel, its body resists scratches, scuffs, and dents. A cleaning scraper is included to remove messes from the top and bottom plates.
