Further streamlining cleaning, it features a pull-out grease tray. Both the top and bottom cooking plates are smooth and clean to provide a view of the heating elements.

To ensure durability in high-volume environments, the Cadco CPG-20FC clamshell panini grill is built with stainless steel housing. This long-lasting metal defends against rusting, denting, and corroding and simplifies cleaning.
