The Cadco VK-120 VariKwik? high-speed countertop convection oven quickly cooks food without microwaves by using Tri-Heat technology. This design encompasses an infrared element on the top, conduction element on the bottom, and convection to circulate heat. It can reach 500 degrees Fahrenheit, with digital and programmable controls. Multiple programs can be saved on the unit, and its touchscreen panel simplifies operation.

When a cook cycle expires, the unit notifies operators by flashing the screen and sounding an audible signal. A non-stick coated cooking plate is included for 10-inch-diameter pizzas.
