To improve food presentation on a hot bar or buffet table, the Cal-Mil 4113-13 Portland chafer features a black material with decorative, slanted wire barriers at the front of the unit. Its 22-inch-wide by 131/2-inch-deep by 12-inch-high structure holds 8 quarts of product, and the stainless steel, hinged cover retains warm temperatures while protecting foods from potential contaminations. Able to be used outdoors, the unit includes a windguard and a pull-out drawer that holds fuel.
