With the capacity to hold up to 400 pounds, the Cal-Mil IP102-13 ice display functions as a pedestal for ice sculptures. It also can be used for standard buffet presentations, using its ice pan to keep drinks, salad bar items, or seafood cold and fresh. This pan is made of clear PETG?a durable thermoplastic polymer that resists chipping. The display is illuminated by a battery-powered LED light, enhancing its presentation at catered events. Because the welded steel stand has a black powder-coated finish, it's durable and matches other buffet equipment and supplies.
