The Cal-Mil IP201-110 ice display is configured to hold salad bar items, drinks, or seafood at cold temperatures to maintain their freshness on buffet lines. Its 500-pound capacity is enough support for ice sculptures if an operator is looking for an eye-catching decor boost. LED lights illuminate the housing to enhance its presentation; it has 20 settings to alternate the lighting pattern. Ridding the unit of excess water, the drain system includes a runoff hose. This unit measures 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep and includes acrylic mirror panels along the base to hide the drain.
