For smooth maneuvering, this Cambro BAR650CP191 Cambar® portable bar is fitted with four 6-inch swivel casters. Its 67¹Aa€z₂-inch-wide by 28¹Aa€z₂-inch-deep by 47¹Aa€z₂-inch-high structure is compact enough to fit in standard-sized elevators. Its high-density polyethylene construction is waterproof and resists denting, cracking, rusting, and chipping. This basic unit is partially equipped for post-mix or premix soda service, though the operator must complete the installation of the soda gun system.

Seven bottles can be stored on the Cambro BAR650CP191 portable bar's oversized speed rail, which is removable for regular cleaning or to increase space behind the bar when bottles aren't required for certain events. An 80-pound ice sink built into the unit's countertop features an eight-circuit sealed-in cold plate, which prompts melted ice to drain into the water channel at the ice sink's bottom and into the wastewater bin, facilitating cleaning tasks. To protect stored ice from airborne contamination, a sliding cover is built into the sink. When not in use, this unit can be stored with the vinyl cover to protect against dust and moisture accumulation on its surface.
