Built to be maneuvered through common catering event spaces, this Cambro BAR650DSDX770 Cambar® portable bar measures 67¹Aa€z₂ inches wide by 28¹Aa€z₂ inches deep by 47¹Aa€z₂ inches high, meaning this unit is compact enough to fit into standard elevators. It's mounted on four 6-inch swivel casters, two of which have brakes that stabilize the unit during use. For a blended look with decorative themes in hotels, lobbies, and patios, its Chicago design features ABS plastic front and side panels and a decorative granite pattern over the fiberglass counter. To preserve this look, it's made of rust-, crack-, chip-, and dent-resistant polyethylenea'¬a€a waterproof, high-density polymer that eases cleaning.

Because it's a premix system, the Cambro BAR650DSDX770 portable bar can be used to serve carbonated drinks and alcohol. It includes a five-button premix soda gun, CO₂ regulator and gauge, and CO₂ clamp and chain and can accommodate five 5-gallon soda canisters and a CO₂ tank. Ice is safe to store in the 80-pound ice bin, which is protected by a slide-back cover that shields stored ice from airborne particulates. At the bottom of the bin, an eight-circuit cold plate helps drain melted ice into the water channel and wastewater bin. This plate also chills liquids for dispensing, and to improve storage behind the bar, the speed rail holds seven bottles. This rail can be removed for cleaning, ensuring bottles are stored on a clean surface.
