This mid-size Cambro BAR650DSPM770 Cambar® portable bar measures 67¹Aa€z₂ inches wide by 28¹Aa€z₂ inches deep by 47¹Aa€z₂ inches higha'¬a€compact enough to fit through hallways, doorways, and standard elevators. Meant to be moved for catering events, it's fitted with four 6-inch swivel casters, two of which have brakes to stabilize the unit. To blend in with established decorative themes in hotels, banquets, and patios, its Chicago style features sleek, modern ABS plastic front and side panels and a decorative pattern over its fiberglass countertop. Its high-density polyethylene construction withstands resists cracking, rusting, denting, and chipping to maintain its original look, and it's safe for indoor or outdoor use.

The Cambro BAR650DSPM770 portable bar is a post-mix system, meaning operators can add syrup to carbonated beverages using the equipment built into the unit. The components for proper mixing include a post-mix soda gun, carbonator, stainless steel bag-in-box wire rack, three bag-in-box pumps, and CO₂ regulator gauge with tubing, a hose and lines, a line for city water hookup, a water pump, and a water filter. The unit can hold three 5-gallon bag-in-box syrups and a CO₂ tank, and to serve cold drinks, an 80-pound ice sink is built into the counter. An eight-circuit sealed-in cold plate built into the sink chills beverages for dispensing while directing melted ice into the wastewater bin to reduce hands-on cleaning tasks. Seven bottles can be stored on the oversized speed rail, which is detachable for cleaning or increasing space behind the bar when alcohol isn't being served.
