This unit can also store five 5-gallon soda canisters and a CO₂ tank. A sliding cover protects ice stored in the 80-pound ice sink from airborne contaminants, while an eight-circuit sealed-in cold plate drains melted ice into the wastewater bin while cooling prepared beverages prior to dispensing. To improve alcohol organization, seven bottles can be stored on the oversized, detachable speed rail.
