Made of polypropylene, the Cambro BR712119 Camrack® base rack is durable enough to support daily commercial use. This material is strong, chemical resistant, and withstands temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. A full-size rack, it measures 19³Aa€z₄ inches wide by 19³Aa€z₄ inches deep by 8⁷Aa€z₈ inches high. This unit's base is equipped with three soft gray extenders to provide tall walls for large wares; because the base is Sherwood green, it can be incorporated into color-coded dishwashing systems. While the open inner grating promotes thorough washing and drying, the closed outer walls protect clean dishes from contaminants.
