The Cambro CBA243072S4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus add-on shelving unit shouldn't be loaded with more than 1,800 pounds of product. While its top shelf accommodates 400 pounds, each lower shelf supports 600 pounds. All shelves are made of polypropylenea'¬a€rust-, corrosion-, peel-, and scratch-resistant polymera'¬a€to retain their original look throughout use. Their solid structures are best suited to accommodate linens, small objects, and irregularly shaped items. These surfaces also protect other shelves and the floor from leaks. For convenient shelf sanitization, they can be removed and washed in a dishmachine as needed.

Meant to be attached to a Basics Plus starter shelving unit in U-, T-, or L-shaped configurations, the Cambro CBA243072S4580 add-on shelving unit comes with traverses, dovetails, and preassembled post connectors and wedges to expedite setup. Because of its polypropylene construction, the add-on unit can be stored in cold and heat between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit and is safe to store in humid environments. For adaptability in dishrooms, pantries, freezers, and coolers, its two composite posts are fitted with leveling feet that balance the unit on sloped surfaces.
