For use in warm kitchens and cold walk-in units, the Cambro CBA184872V5580 louvered add-on shelf kit can be stored in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Constructed of polypropylene, it's chemical and moisture resistant and durable enough for repeated, high-volume use. Its five shelves are held with sturdy composite posts that include 10 traverses and five bags of eight-count dovetails for installation. To simplify setup, the post connectors and wedges come pre-assembled.

The Cambro CBA184872V5580 polymer add-on shelving unit measures 48 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 72 inches high. Great for holding boxed goods, produce, and supplies, it can hold a total of 1,800 pounds. While each of the four bottom shelves can hold 600 pounds, the top shelf accommodates as much as 400 pounds. For installation on irregular surfaces, leveling feet are attached to the composite posts to prevent rocking and wobbling.
