To facilitate attachment to a Camshelving® Basics Plus starter shelving unit, the Cambro CBA243064VS4580 add-on shelving unit includes dovetails, traverses, and preassembled post connectors and wedges. The add-on unit can be set up in L-, U-, or T-shaped positions to accommodate various spatial limitations. For balance, it's supported by two composite posts with sturdy leveling feet. This add-on withstands environments from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit to endure storage in dry pantries, humid dishrooms, and walk-in coolers and freezers.

The Cambro CBA243064VS4580 add-on shelving unit's polypropylene construction features a brushed graphite color to blend in with the starter unit; this polymer resists scratching, peeling, corroding, and rusting to maintain its original look. Its four tiers consist of one solid and three vented shelves, and operators can configure shelves as desired. The solid shelf is ideal for linens, small items, and irregularly shaped goods, while the vented shelves encourage airflow to minimize dust and moisture buildup. To protect stored contents from damage, these shelves can be wiped clean and washed in a dishmachine.
