The hardware necessary for attachment is included to quicken installation. This add-on unit's polypropylene construction has a safe temperature range between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit and resists rust and corrosion, meaning it's safe to store in freezers, coolers, dishrooms, and pantries. It's also brushed graphite gray and resists peeling and scratching to preserve its look for a long service life.

Able to accommodate various contents, the Cambro CBA243084S4580 add-on shelving unit's lower shelves support 600 pounds each; the top shelf can hold 400 pounds. Overall, this unit can be loaded with a maximum of 1,800 pounds. Because the four shelves are solid, linens, small objects, and irregularly shaped products can be stored on this unit. Their solid surfaces also protect other shelves and the floor from leaks and drips if items spill. To maintain a sanitary surface, the shelves can be wiped clean and are removable for dishwasher cleaning.
