This Cambro CBA186072V4580 add-on shelving unit can be attached to a starter Camshelving® Basics Plus shelving unit in T-, L-, or U-shaped configurations. For a cohesive look with the original unit, it has a brushed graphite appearance; its durable polypropylene construction resists rust, peeling, scrapes, and corroding to preserve its look throughout use. This polymer also withstands heat and cold from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, so it's safe to store in walk-in coolers, freezers, and dry pantries. To expedite installation, it includes preassembled post connectors and wedges, traverses, and dovetails.

All the Cambro CBA186072V4580 add-on unit's shelf plates are vented, which encourages airflow around product, reducing moisture and dust buildup. Camguard® antimicrobial protection built into the plates slows bacterial growth between standard cleanings to prevent malodors and unsightly stains. The plates also can be cleaned in a dishmachine to ensure they're sanitized for their next use. Each of the three bottom shelves has a 600-pound capacity, while the top shelf supports 400 pounds. At the unit's full overall loading capacity, it accommodates 1,800 pounds.
