To extend a Camshelving® Basics Plus starter shelving unit, the Cambro CBA243084S5580 add-on shelving unit can be configured in L, T, or U shapes. This add-on unit is lined with five tiers of solid shelf plates and measures 30 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 84 inches high. Its polypropylene construction resists corroding, rusting, peeling, and scratching and withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit for storage in humid dishrooms, dry pantries, and walk-in coolers and freezers. To match the original unit, it comes in a neutral brushed graphite color. Traverses, preassembled post connectors and wedges, and dovetails are included in this kit to simplify its attachment.

The Cambro CBA243084S5580 add-on shelving unit's top shelf can accommodate 400 pounds, and the four bottom shelves each support 600 pounds, though this unit is equipped to hold 1,800 pounds overall. Ideal for linens, small items, and oddly shaped goods, the shelves are solid. This design helps prevent leaks from dripping onto other objects and the floor, and it's simple to wipe clean. When necessary, the shelves can be removed and cleaned in a warewasher.
