This Cambro CBA214284V4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus add-on shelving unit measures 42 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 84 inches high, has four tiers of vented polypropylene shelf plates, and is made to be affixed to a Basics Plus starter shelving unit. To expedite installation, it includes traverses, dovetails, and preassembled post connectors and wedges. Made of polypropylene, it resists peeling, scratching, corroding, and rusting, and it's safe to store in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. This means it can be used in walk-in coolers and freezers, humid dishrooms, and dry storage pantries.

Though the Cambro CBA214284V4580 add-on shelving unit's top shelf has a 400-pound capacity, and the three lower shelves each support 600 pounds, this unit shouldn't be loaded with more than 1,800 pounds. Because its shelves are vented, air can flow through the gapped surfaces and surround product to eliminate moisture and dust buildup. The shelves can also be removed and washed in a dishmachine as needed to maintain sanitary surfaces. To prevent stains and odors, Camguard® antimicrobial protection inhibits bacterial growth between cleanings.
