Traverses, dovetails, and preassembled post connectors and wedges are included with the Cambro CBA214264V5580 Camshelving® Basics Plus add-on shelving unit so operators have the necessary hardware to attach the add-on to a Basics Plus starter shelving unit. To fit storage areas with limited space, it can be configured in L, U, and T shapes, while its polypropylene construction is safe to store in environments from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, including freezers, coolers, pantries, and dishrooms. Two composite posts fitted with leveling feet balance the unit on uneven or sloped flooring.

The Cambro CBA214264V5580 add-on shelving unit has five tiers of vented shelf platesa'¬a€the top shelf has a 400-pound capacity, while the lower shelves can each support 600 pounds. No more than 1,800 pounds should be loaded on this unit. Air can move through the shelves' slotted surfaces and circulate around product, eliminating moisture and dust when the unit is stored in humid and dry areas, respectively. Built-in Camguard® antimicrobial protection hinders bacterial growth between thorough cleanings to reduce the risk of odor and stain formation, which could impact stored goods.
