The Cambro CBA184872VS4580 louvered/solid add-on shelf kit can be stored in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit for use in walk-in coolers and warm dishrooms. Made of polypropylene, its shelf plates are durable for high-volume use. Gaps in three of the shelves enable airflow to reduce dust buildup and help ensure uniform product temperatures in walk-in coolers and freezers. The remaining shelf plate is solid to hold small items and contain messes, keeping the floors clean.

With a maximum capacity of 1,800 pounds, the Cambro CBA184872VS4580 polymer add-on shelf kit can accommodate boxed and bagged ingredients as well as kitchen supplies. The bottom three shelves can hold 600 pounds, while the top shelf accommodates as much as 400 pounds. To streamline installation, the post connectors and wedges come pre-assembled, and the unit includes eight traverses and four bags of eight-count dovetails. Fitted with leveling feet, this shelving unit can be installed on irregular floors without tipping.
