It can hold large amounts of produce and boxed ingredients with its 1,800-pound capacity, and its three bottom shelves accommodate as much as 600 pounds each. The top shelf features a total capacity of 400 pounds, and each of the shelves are louvered to provide uniform air circulation. With a polypropylene construction, this unit is strong enough for heavy-duty applications.
