For use in walk-in coolers and pantries, the Cambro CBA213084VS4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus polymer add-on shelf kit withstands temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. With sturdy composite posts and easy-to-clean polypropylene shelves, it's durable enough for repeated commercial use. Three of the shelves have a vented design that enables air to flow through the openings and around stored product, reducing the buildup of dust and providing uniform product temperatures. The bottom shelf is solid to contain moisture and hold items that could slip through the gaps of vented shelves.

The Cambro CBA213084VS4580 louvered/solid add-on shelving unit is simple to install with preassembled post connectors and wedges as well as eight traverses and four bags of eight-count dovetails. Because it's designed to attach to an existing shelving unit, it comes in brushed graphite gray to ensure the structures match. Overall, this 30-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep by 84-inch-high unit features a capacity of 1,800 pounds. For versatile use, it's fitted with leveling feet that provide stability on any surface.
