With its five-tier design, the Cambro CBA213684S5580 Camshelving® Basics Plus add-on shelving unit supports 1,800 pounds when fully loaded. While its top shelf has a 400-pound capacity, its four lower shelves each can hold 600 pounds. All the shelves are solid, which is ideal for irregularly shaped products and linens. To ensure contents are stored on a sanitary surface, Camguard® antimicrobial agent is molded into the shelf plates to inhibit bacterial growth between cleanings. When they become dirty, the shelves can be wiped clean or washed in a dishmachine.

This Cambro CBA213684S5580 add-on unit is meant to be affixed to a Basics Plus starter shelving unit in L, U, or T shapes to fit cramped storage spaces, and it includes the necessary equipmenta'¬a€traverses, dovetails, and preassembled post connectors and wedgesa'¬a€to facilitate attachment. Two composite posts fitted with leveling feet prevent wobbling on uneven or sloped flooring. The add-on's brushed graphite look will be preserved over time because of its rust-, peel-, corrosion-, and scratch-resistant polypropylene construction. This polymer also withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, meaning it's safe to store in freezers, coolers, and dry pantries.
