The Cambro CBA183672VS4580 louvered/solid add-on shelf kit has three shelves that accommodate 600 pounds while the top shelf can hold 400 pounds. Overall, the 36-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 72-inch-high structure can hold 1,800 pounds of produce, boxed goods, and supplies. The kit includes eight traverses and four bags of eight-count dovetails, and to simplify installation, the post connectors and wedges are pre-assembled. To match common kitchen themes, the unit features a brushed graphite color.

For versatile holding, the Cambro CBA183672VS4580 polymer add-on shelf kit can be used in cold or hot enviornments with its -36-to-190-degree-Fahrenheit temperature range. One of the shelves is solid to hold product that could potentially leak while the other three are vented for uniform air circulation. With a polypropylene construction, the shelf plates are durable and resistant to moisture and chemicals. The unit is positioned on leveling feet for stabilization on rough surfaces.
