This kit includes the necessary hardwarea'¬a€dovetails, traverses, and preassembled post connectors and wedgesa'¬a€to hasten setup. For a cohesive look, the add-on unit is brushed graphite gray, and its polypropylene construction resists peeling, scratching, rusting, and corroding. It's safe to install in walk-in coolers and freezers, dry storage pantries, and humid dishrooms. Two composite posts with leveling feet ensure it's stable on irregular surfaces.

To prevent damage, the Cambro CBA243664V4580 add-on shelving unit is designed to store 1,800 pounds in total. Its top shelf can hold 400 pounds, and each bottom shelf is equipped to store 600 pounds. The shelves' vented surfaces prompt free airflow around product, which is ideal for perishables and can minimize moisture and dust buildup.
